For the past 23 years Dr. Chang has been a family practitioner. A graduate of The University of the West Indies and University of Dudee Scotland. Dr. Chang presently is the Medical Officer, Executive - Medical Unit Community Hospital, Cocorite, Trinidad and Deputy Medical Officer, City of Port of Spain, Trinidad Dr. Chang is a welcome addition to the parc family.
